There are no accounts, forms or newsletters. The site does not set its own cookies and does not use analytics or advertising trackers.
Hosting. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
Fonts. Hotel pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers, which receive your IP address.
Email and WhatsApp. If you write to us or to a hotel, we or the hotel receive what you send and use it only to reply.
Booking.com links. When you click a link to Booking.com you leave this site. Booking.com and CJ, the network that runs its partner programme, may use cookies to record that your visit came from us, so a commission can be paid. You pay the same price. Their own privacy policies apply. We only see reports of bookings and commissions; we never receive your name, contact details or payment details.
Under the GDPR you can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to how we use it. Write to [email protected]. You can also complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).
